Real Estate and Construction Committee

Real Estate and Construction Committee is a sector based task force established with an aim to proactively work on concrete reform initiatives that will lead to a better investment environment.  The Committee protects and supports common interests of the members through concrete proposals for improvement of legislation and procedures, and provides better communication between foreign investors and other willing stakeholders.

Primary activities of the Real-Estate Committee are:

  • Discussions on current real-estate market conditions and proposals for its improvements
  • Tracking changes and developments in the real-estate market conditions and related legislation
  • Establishing relations and cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Encouraging potential new foreign investors to establish their operation in Serbia and provide them with necessary information
  • Sharing best practices from the international real-estate market
