Legal Committee

The Legal Committee represents a body which for the past five years has been a relevant and strong professional force participating in the process of further development of the legal system in Serbia. The Legal Committee has actively participated in drafting and implementation processes in various areas of the legislative system. The Committee closely monitors the work of the Serbian authorities and generates proposals regarding the lawmaking and regulatory activities of the Government.

Being one of the most proactive committees with a number of members participating on regular monthly basis and showing an increased interest in its regular activities, the Legal Committee has developed a practice of organizing quarterly roundtables on different topics of interest. Consequently, the Legal Committee has developed very good relations with relevant Governmental and administrative bodies improving a dialogue between the private sector and the state.
