HR Committee

The Human Resource Committee promotes the introduction of the contemporary human resource system in Serbia, stretching its portfolio from managing to educational aspects of the HR policies.

The Committee mission is twofold. Firstly, it serves as a forum for exchanging experiences and best practices of the member companies, resulting in identification of common problems and obstacles faced by investors in HR area. The Committee works on proposals to upgrade the regulatory environment in order to pick up the company operations.

Secondly, the Committee stands as an active interlocutor with the Government, participating in the public discussions on relevant subjects, making suggestions on how to enhance the quality of the human resources of Serbia. To that end, the Committee communicates not only to the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, but also to the other competent institutions.  

The Committee's priorities are to:

  • Establish regular and transparent communication with all interested parties;
  • Establish a platform for successful and fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies;
  • Identify main problems and obstacles the foreign investors face in daily operations within the HR legal domain;
  • Initiate communication with the Universities (faculties) on demands of the foreign investors with an aim to influence the educational system reform and change the course of studies from completely theoretical to more applied ones.
