Nenad Vucinic

Mr. Nenad Vucinic was appointed the President of Henkel Adria region in August 2006, being mainly responsible for organizational topics and administration in Henkel Croatia and Slovenia. He joined Henkel in Serbia in late 2002 as the Country Manager, immediately after they bought the biggest local detergents manufacturer Merima in October the same year. His main tasks included achievement of mid-and long-term business and qualitative organization growth and protection of business development from over-proportional influence by the acquisition.  The main successes included establishment of the combined brand portfolio of leading domestic brands and Henkel's international brands.  In his function as the Business Unit Manager, he established a small and efficient Detergents and Cosmetics sales and marketing organization for both units. One of his biggest challenges was the implementation of the Voluntary Leave program resulting in a significant reduction of employees from 1,140 to 740.

Prior to his professional career with Henkel Mr. Vucinic worked for Procter and Gamble for ten years.

Mr. Vucinic graduated at the Law Faculty, Belgrade University and at the beginning of his professional career he was tourist a representative of Yugotours for South Dalmatia and worked in a two-men-team foreign trade company (Intkom GesmbH) in Vienna, Austria for two years.
